Weight Watchers Recipe – Roasted Pork Tenderloin


1 – 4 oz. serving = 3 Weight Watcher Plus Points

We had this tonight and it was soooo good and easy.  Danny actually made this as I sat with a heating pad on my neck from a stiff neck, telling him what to do.  (As the telling him what to do is a normal thing, he took direction very well.)  Don’t tell him I said that or it might be the last pork tenderloin he makes.

But, really…..it was so moist and flavorful.  It is a quick and easy meal with plenty of leftovers for sandwiches.

We also had canned sweet potatoes (3 wwplus points) and unsweetened applesauce (0 wwplus points).
